The master bedroom features a king size bed, and a flat screen TV.  The sliding glass doors open  to the spacious balcony where you will take in the views of the perfect beach just steps away. Soak in the whirlpool tub and gaze at the turquoise waters that mesmerize your eyes.

 The views from inside the apartment are amazing. This 4th floor unit affords a nice feeling with the ocean and beach.

  





Each bedroom has en suite bathroom with contemporary sink, rain head type showers and imported porcelain and limestone surfaces.




  

  







The guest bedroom has two double beds and a flat screen LCD TV. The views are to the Nichupte Lagoon where the red and orange colors dance off the water and captivate your eyes like the ambers of a glowing fire.

The second master is a quiet retreat with a King size bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. This room affords the same beautiful view of the Nichupte Lagoon and the spectacular fire sunsets late in the day.








              

  







This spacious kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and is very well stocked with a coffee maker, micro wave and blender. A separate floating island provides more work space, storage and casual seating for a snack or breakfast.  
          
  

A walk in pantry is to the right of the kitchen and a glass door leads to the small 4th bedroom and  laundry room  entrance.







The small 4th bedroom is shown to the right with double bunk beds and complete en suite bathroom. This bedroom can also be used as the service quarters.
